2000 – Men's Basketball – Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski won his 500th game at Duke as the second-ranked Blue Devils beat Villanova 98-85 in the Preseason NIT at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Following the game, Duke's court was named after Krzyzewski. Coach K Court at Cameron Indoor Stadium was unveiled in a ceremony to honor the Blue Devils' Hall of Fame coach.
November 17
2012 – Women's Cross Country – Sophomore Kelsey Lakowske and senior Juliet Bottorff both earned All-America honors by posting top-40 finishes at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Louisville, Ky. Lakowske capped off her breakout season with a personal-record time of 20:03.4 on the 6K course to take 20th place out of 253 finishers. Bottorff garnered All-America status for the first time in her distinguished career, crossing the line 27th with a time of 20:06.1. The pair's results helped steer the Duke women to a seventh overall finish in the team standings, marking the program's best performance at a championship meet since it took third in 2005.
2017 – Women's Golf – Laetitia Beck carded a three-under-par, 69, in the final round of the LPGA International Jones on her way to collecting her first professional victory. Beck posted a four-under-par, 212, to win by four strokes at the LPGA International Jones Course.
2017 – Women's Soccer – No. 1 seeded Duke scored a Blue Devil NCAA Tournament record seven goals on their way to collecting a 7-0 victory over Oklahoma State to advance to the NCAA round of 16. Six different Blue Devils scored goals, while nine recorded a point in the victory. Current Duke senior Karlie Paschall posted two goals in the win.
November 18
2012 – Women's Soccer – The 15th-ranked Blue Devils traveled to second-ranked Virginia and collected a 3-1 upset victory to advance to the NCAA Elite Eight for the fourth time out of the last six years. Kim DeCesare scored two goals in the win in Charlottesville, Va.
2016 – Women's Soccer – Senior Toni Payne scored two second half goals to propel the third-seeded Duke women's soccer team to a 3-1 victory over Illinois State to move the Blue Devils into the round of 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
November 19
2017 – Women's Golf – With a 54-hole, 12-under-par ledger, Celine Boutier registered her first Ladies European Tour title by a four-stroke margin at the Sanya Ladies Open in Hainan, China. Boutier carded rounds of 67, 69 and 68 over the three days on her way to winning the title by four over Solar Lee (208). The former Duke National Player of the Year made four straight birdies from holes 11 through 14 and then added another on No. 16 for a back nine of 32.
November 21
2005 – Women's Cross Country – The top-ranked Duke women's cross country squad finished third out of 31 teams to claim bronze at the 2005 NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind. The Blue Devils were led by senior Clara Horowitz, who earned her second straight All-America honor by placing fifth with a 6K time of 19:51.0.
2010 – Men's Basketball – Former Duke men's basketball standout Christian Laettner was inducted into the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame during a ceremony at the Midland by AMC in Kansas City. Laettner, who has his Duke jersey retired, helped lead the Blue Devils to four straight NCAA Final Fours, including national championships in 1991 and 1992. The 1992 National Player of the Year and three-time All-America, Laettner, averaged 16.6 points and 7.8 rebounds for his career.
November 22
2008 – Women's Soccer – The 15th-ranked Blue Devils took down second-seeded Virginia, 2-0, to advance to the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight for the second straight year. KayAnne Gummersall and Elisabeth Redmond notched goals, while Cassidy Powers was credited with the shutout in goal.
2013 – Women's Soccer – Natasha Anasi scored a first half goal and Duke went on to upset second-seeded Florida, 1-0, at Koskinen Stadium in Durham, N.C., to advance to the NCAA Tournament round of 16.
2015 – Women's Soccer – The 19th-ranked Duke women's soccer team traveled to Gainesville, Fla., and knocked off fifth-ranked Florida, 2-1, to advance to the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals. After fall behind, 1-0, Duke scored two unanswered goals by Rebecca Quinn and Taylor Racioppi on its way to upsetting the Gators.
2019 – Women's Golf – As part of NCAA Champions Day, student-athletes and staff of the Duke women's golf program traveled to Washington, D.C., to be honored at the White House for winning the 2019 NCAA Championship. The teams were able to meet President Donald Trump.
