Pluck Updates as Blue Devils Close Fourth Week of Practice

DURHAM, N.C.— In the fourth full week of preseason practice, head coach Robbie Church and the Blue Devils continue to introduce more to the team in workouts as the Duke women's soccer team prepares for the 2020 campaign.
GoDuke.com caught up with junior Mackenzie Pluck this week to talk about the acclimation period, difference how things are this year, how practice has been going since returning and the excitement of being on the field with her teammates.
A native of North Wales, Pa., Pluck is coming off a season where she tied for a team-best 22 points, while scoring eight goals. She started 18-of-20 matches as a sophomore, while earning ACC Offensive Player of the Week in October.
