CHINA – Recent 2020 Duke University women's golf graduate 
Miranda Wang has turned professional and carded a tied for sixth placement in her first outing on the China LPGA.  
Wang, a product of Beijing, China, turned professional and traveled back to her home country of China recently.  After a 14-day quarantine period and without any practice for 15 days, Wang went straight into the tournament turned in an excellent debut in the Moutai Co. LTD Golf Liquor Zhuhai Golden Gulf Challenge.  
She carded rounds of 76, 69 and 66 over three days to finish with a five-under-par ledger for the event. Wang.  Ruoning Yin and Mohan Du finished tied for first with a 13-under-par score.  
Over her Duke career, she competed in 24 tournaments and helped lead the Blue Devils to the 2019 NCAA Championship.  Wang sank the winning putt in match play to secure Duke's seventh NCAA title in school history.
