Adrien Pendaries is one of just six golfers in red numbers through 36 holes on a Monday with tough scoring conditions at the Sea Best Invitational at TPC Sawgrass – Dye's Valley Course. The No. 25 Blue Devils find themselves in second place as a team entering Tuesday's final round.
North Florida leads the tournament at 11-over par, with Duke and Liberty each tied for second at 24-over par, followed by Charlotte (+25), NC State (+27) and host Jacksonville (+28) on the top half of the leaderboard.
Pendaries was one-under for the day, which included an even-par 70 Monday morning and a one-under 69 in the afternoon. Freshmen teammates
Ian Siebers and
Jimmy Zheng are each inside the top 20 with 18 holes to play as Siebers is tied for 13
th at six-over and Zheng is tied for 18
th at seven-over 147. Siebers began his Monday with a two-under 68 in the morning, but followed that with a 78 in the afternoon, while Zheng carded rounds of 70 and 77.

Steven DiLisio posted rounds of 76 and 77 is tied for 45th at 13-over 153, while senior
Evan Katz is tied for 57
th at 17-over 157. Playing individually, junior
Quinn Riley is tied for 63
rd at 18-over.
Pendaries opening 18 holes featured two birdies and two bogeys, opening with two birdies over his first seven holes on his way to an even-par 70 in round one. He birdied five holes in Monday's second round, with all five coming over his final 12 holes as the senior posted a one-under 69.
He enters Tuesday's final round in a five-way tie for second, with the group chasing NC State's Easton Paxton, who signed for back-to-back rounds of 68 and is four-under par.
Tuesday's action is underway at 8 a.m. ET, with the Blue Devils beginning at 9:12 a.m. ET.
