COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Field Hockey announced the final 18-player roster that will compete in the women's 2021 Junior Pan American Championship (JPAC) and Duke's
Leah Crouse made the list, as announced by head coach Tracey Paul on Wednesday.

Narrowed down from 32 athletes, Crouse earned her spot after further evaluation competing on the JPAC Training Squad in a four-games series versus Chile in Harrisonburg, Va. Crouse was appointed to the U.S. Women's National Team in June.

The JPAC is scheduled for Aug. 21-28 at the Prince of Wales Country Club in Santiago, Chile. Six nations will gather in the women's division for this qualifier for the 2021 FIH Hockey Junior World Cup.

The U.S. sits in Pool B with Chile and Trinidad and Tobago. The squad will open against Trinidad and Tobago on Saturday, Aug. 21 and face Chile on Sunday, Aug. 22. Both contests are set to begin at 1 p.m. ET.

The top three women's teams at the JPAC will qualify for the 2021 FIH Junior Hockey World Cup which is set for Dec. 5-16 in Potchefstroom, South Africa.
