Nakeie Montgomery has been named Duke's PNC Achievers Student-Athlete of the Week, following his six points and two assists in a 2-0 week for the Blue Devils.
In a midweek tilt against High Point, Montgomery scored a career-high five goals to secure Duke's 18-14 win over the Panthers.
Montgomery's five goals against High Point occurred on only six shots, including the game-winner.
On Saturday, the Dallas, Texas native finished the game against No.19 Richmond with a goal and two assists, leading the Blue Devils to a 14-8 victory.
Montgomery has 28 points so far in the season, only 11 points away from his career-high 39 points, after just nine games.
The ninth-ranked Blue Devils look to push their winning streak to as the Blue Devils take on Loyola in Baltimore Md. March 12.
