Madeline Meredith comes to Duke following an exciting prep career in Kentucky. A native of Louisville, Ky., Meredith graduates from Sacred Heart Academy, where she swam under the tutelage of head coach Jim Luebbe. On the club scene, Meredith swam for Lakeside Swim Team and coach Mike DeBoor.
She is the daughter of Andrew and Whitney Meredith and has one younger brother, Hudson. Her dad, Andrew, was a two-sport athlete at the United Stats Naval Academy, playing football 1993-1995 and baseball 1994-1997 for the Midshipmen.
