DURHAM – Sophomore midfielder
Shakur Mohammed has been named Duke's PNC Achievers Student-Athlete of the Week, following his performance last weekend in the Blue Devils' 2-1 victory over No. 10 Louisville.

The Kumasi, Ghana native logged 82 minutes against Louisville and was involved with both goals in the second half. His second assist of the season helped level the score at one apiece in the 54th minute and he sent his third goal of the season into the back of the net in the 82nd minute. The sophomore has already matched his goal total from the 2021 season and has two game-winners on the year. His eight points so far this season leads the team.

The seventh-ranked Blue Devils are back in action on Friday when they host North Carolina at Koskinen Stadium. First touch is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be broadcasted on ACCNX.
