DURHAM – The ACC announced on Tuesday afternoon the brackets for the 2024 ACC Championship, which will be held on Sunday, March 10 in Carmichael Arena in Chapel Hill, N.C.

A total of 10 Blue Devils received seeds for the championship with redshirt freshman
Connor Barket and senior
Logan Agin both leading the way with No. 5 seeds.Â
Â
Agin will face No. 4 seeded Kyle Montaperto of Virginia in the 125 pounds bracket and the winner of that match will battle against No. 1 seed Jakob Camacho of NC State.

Barket is paired with No. 4 seed Dayton Pitzer of Pitt in the heavyweight bracket. The two will meet for the first time this season. The winner of that bout will move on to go up against No. 1 seed and reigning ACC heavyweight champion Owen Trephan from NC State.

Agin will be competing for the fourth straight season at the ACC Championship, while Papcsy and Wimmer earned seeds for the second year in a row.Â

Each weight class champion and runner-up at the 2024 ACC Championship will earn All-ACC recognition. In addition to ACC honors, student-athletes will be vying for berths and seeding in the 2024 NCAA Wrestling Championships, which will be held March 21-23 at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Mo. The ACC has been allotted 28 automatic berths and is hopeful of earning several more at-large (47 total) selections.Â

The first round of action during Sunday's Championship kicks off at 11 a.m., in Carmichael Arena. The semifinals are set for 1 p.m., followed by the consolation semifinals at 3:30 p.m. and the consolation finals at 5 p.m. Championship matches are slated for 7 p.m., followed by the awards presentation.

Tickets are priced at $10 for adults (ages 3 and older). Admission is free (ages 2 and under) ACC students get in free (with school ID) and Group sales (10 or more) are priced at $8 each.

ACC Network Extra will feature eight hours of preliminary round coverage from both Mat 1 and 2 starting at 11 a.m. The championship finals will be live on ACC Network beginning at 7 p.m. that same day.
