How It Happened
	- Duke took the doubles point with triumphs on the top two courts. On two, Duke claimed a 6-2 victory as Williams and Petrovic defeated Ilyas Faim and Scott Sculley. The Duke pair turned a 3-2 lead into a 6-2 set to take the win. Williams and Petrovic are now 9-2 in dual competition and have won four consecutive matches.
- A 6-4 victory on court one by the No. 30 team of Winegar and Rodenas against No. 84 Matt Harper and Alberto Orso sealed the doubles point. With the set even at 3-3, the Duke duo earned a break and captured three of the final four games for the match. Winegar and Rodenas are now 6-4 in dual action and 1-1 in ACC play.
- Krug extended Duke's lead to 2-0 with a dominant victory on court four in singles play. He opened the first set with a 3-0 run and maintained his momentum to secure a 6-1 win. In the second set, Krug once again started strong with another three-game run and went on to close out the match with a 6-2 victory, earning the Blue Devils their first singles point.
- On court six, Visser made it 3-0 for Duke. He jumped to a 3-0 lead in the first set before Virginia Tech's Alberto Orso responded with two game wins. However, Visser regained control and finished with a 6-3 win. In the second set, he broke away from a 1-1 tie and secured the match with a 6-2 victory.
- Dugardin clinched the match for the Blue Devils with a straight-set win on court five. After pulling away from a 2-2 tie, he claimed the first set 6-3. In the second set, he dropped just one game to seal a decisive 6-1 victory and secure Duke's win.
- Although the match was played to clinch, Rodenas was still competing in a decisive tiebreaker as Dugardin secured the team victory. Rodenas dominated the first set against Hokies' Ilyas Fahim with a commanding 6-0 win. The second set was a back-and-forth battle, featuring six ties before heading into a tiebreaker. After dropping the first point, Rodenas surged ahead to clinch the match 7-2 in the breaker.
- Williams match on court one was left unfinished (7-6(3), 3-2, UF) along with Petrovic's match on court three (2-6, 6-3, UF).
Quotes
	- "Connor is playing the best tennis I think he's played so far for us. He's taking advantage of every single day. He is just fully committed to going after it and playing aggressive tennis. He's playing the right style for him and is constant day in and day out which is reflecting in the matches. Remy has adjusted to the training and the team, and let's just say he's adapted well. He seems to thrive in the dual match format. He can play defense, he can play offense and he just competes so well. He's been incredible to have on the team." – Duke head coach Ramsey Smith
