DURHAM, N.C. – The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) announced the 2025-26 women's hoops schedule Tuesday afternoon with Duke, the reigning Ally ACC Tournament Champions, set to open its league slate Dec. 7 at Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, Virginia) and cap conference action in Chapel Hill with a rivalry game at North Carolina (March 1).
Five of Duke's nine ACC home games come against foes who competed in the 2025 NCAA Tournament, including three teams that advanced to the Sweet 16 and four that finished in the top 25 of the
Associated Press (AP) poll.
After celebrating the holiday season, the Blue Devils will bring an Empire State of mind into their next matchup when the team heads to New York to square off against Syracuse Dec. 28. Duke returns to the Bull City to ring in the New Year with home games versus Boston College (Jan. 1) and Notre Dame (Jan. 4), before capping the January ledger with four of its final six games in enemy territory.
The Blue Devils will be California Dreamin' when they travel to the West Coast for tilts at California (Jan. 8) and Stanford (Jan. 11), then close the month with trips to play Pitt (Jan. 25) and Miami (Jan. 29). Sandwiched between the four road games are a pair of home dates at Cameron Indoor Stadium – Jan. 15 and Jan. 18 – when Duke battles Virginia and Georgia Tech, respectively.
Duke will enjoy the comforts of home in February with five of the seven games on the docket set to be played inside Cameron Indoor Stadium – headlined by rivalry-week battles against the Tar Heels (Feb. 15) and NC State (Feb. 19) and a Feb. 26 matchup versus Florida State. The Blue Devils' other two home games during the month include a contest against in-state foe Wake Forest (Feb. 1) to tip off the month and a meeting with SMU Feb. 8. Road games at Louisville and Clemson Feb. 5 and Feb. 22, respectively, round out Duke's 2025-26 ACC slate.
Tipoff times and TV designations will be released at a later date. Following the conclusion of ACC regular season competition, the 2026 Ally ACC Tournament will commence in Duluth, Georgia at Gas South Arena. The tournament will feature all 18 teams with first-round games beginning Wednesday, March 4 and Championship Sunday set for March 8.
