Lu and Berman Named ACC Divers of the Week

DURHAM, N.C. – Duke divers Keira Lu and Charles Berman were named ACC Female and Male Divers of the Week following the Blue Devils' sweep against Marymount, East Carolina and Boston College in their season-opening meet Friday. The conference announced the honors Tuesday.
Lu, a sophomore native of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, logged a first-place and second-place finish Friday. In the three-meter dive, she posted a score of 314.65 for a first-place finish and in the one-meter, she scored a 286.70 for a second-place finish.Â
Berman logged two first-place finishes Friday. The junior Potomac, Maryland, product won his events by posting a score of 340.00 in the three-meter and scoring 310.20 in the one-meter.Â
The Blue Devils continue their 2025-26 season on Oct. 10, as Duke welcomes Davidson to the Taishoff Aquatic Center. Diving is scheduled to start at 4 p.m., and swimming is slotted to follow at 5 p.m.
