2005: Returning starting offensive guard ... preseason Second Team All-ACC choice by The Sporting News ... enjoyed a good spring practice session highlighted by consistent play ... athletic lineman who has come into his own over the past year ... posted the fourth top bench press lift on the team at 420 pounds ...
