Opened her Duke career in record-breaking fashion, setting the school record in the 100m hurdles twice, with a time of 13.21 in the preliminaries and a mark of 13.09 in the final to take second place overall and first among college athletes at the Raleigh Relays (3/25 - 3/27) ... Added a first place finish as part of the 4x100m relay team that set the second best mark in program history with a time of 44.53 seconds ... Took home first place in all three events she competed in at the Virginia Invitational (4/3), setting a program record as part of the 4x100m relay with a time of 44.28 seconds, setting the second highest long jump mark in Duke history at 6.38m and winning the 100m hurdles with a time of 13.32 seconds ... High School: A three-year letter winner in track & field and basketball at Durham Academy in Durham, NC... 200m State Champion for 3 years, and the 100m and High Jump State Champion for one year... 4-time Durham Academy and 2-time Conference Most Outstanding Performer... also was a 1,000 point scorer on the Cavaliers' basketball team... outside of athletics she was a Durham Academy Student Ambassador, a member of the Durham Academy Diversity Club, and obtained the Geometry Award her freshman year.
