Now in her second stint in the Duke Athletic Department, Gina Bradley serves as the Associate Director of Athletics/Business Operations. She previously worked as Duke's Director of Business Operations and as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Business Operations before being elevated to her current role in July 2021.

Bradley returned to Duke in March of 2008 after working as the Athletic Business Manager at Temple University. Prior to her stint at Temple, Rosser Bradley served as the Assistant Business Manager at Duke from 2005-07.

Bradley received her master's in business administration and master's in sport administration from Ohio University in 2004 and 2005. She worked in Ohio's Athletic Ticket Office as a graduate assistant during her second year there.

As an undergraduate, Bradley attended High Point University and was a four-year member of the women's basketball team. She received degrees in business administration and sport management from High Point. While a student, Gina worked in various offices within High Point's Athletic Department.

Bradley and her husband, Dave, the Creative Director for Duke men's basketball, reside in Durham with their daughter, Quinn, son, Owen, and dog, Piper.
