Jeremy Anderson serves as the Director of Facilities and Projects for Duke Athletics. In this role, he leads a team of five staff members and oversees the daily management of all athletic facilities. He works closely with University Housekeeping, Facilities Management, Grounds and external contractors to ensure Duke’s athletic spaces are well-maintained and operational for student-athletes, staff and fans.
Anderson began his career at Duke in 2010, holding various roles in the Business Office, Game Operations and Facilities Management.His responsibilities included serving as the business office contact for multiple sports and departments and managing game operations for men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s lacrosse and women’s basketball.
From 2017 to 2019, he worked as Director of Facilities and Event Management at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he managed softball and basketball game operations and oversaw facility maintenance and improvement projects, as well as a team of three.Â
Anderson returned to Duke in 2019 and was elevated to his current role in 2021. A native of Durham, NC, he earned a degree in sport management from High Point University in 2009.
