TULSA, Okla. – During the opening day of prequalifying action at the Saint Francis Health System ITA Men's All-American Championships, Duke posted a 1-2 record as freshman Vincent Lin earned a win while junior TJ Pura and freshman Adrian Chamdani suffered defeats.
Lin, who played the final match of the day for the Blue Devils, earned the team's lone victory by defeating Northwestern's Fedor Baev, 6-4, 4-6, 6-3.
Chamdani opened the action for Duke by dropping a 6-2, 6-2 decision to Nick Naumann of Texas.
Pura played the Blue Devils' second match of the day and fell to LSU's Simon Freund, 6-3, 6-4.
