DURHAM, N.C.-- Duke women's soccer alumnae are currently playing professionally, both overseas and in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). Mollie Pathman, Rebecca Moros, and Kim DeCesare are competing in the NWSL. Natasha Anasi and

NWSLMollie Pathman – Duke '14Boston Breakers – DefenderMollie Pathman is in her third season with the Boston Breakers. Pathman is coming off of a strong 2015 season, where she was one of two Boston Breakers to play every minute of the season. She has appeared in all 12 games, playing 965 minutes and earning a starting spot in 11 games. In the team's most recent game against the Orlando Pride, Pathman netted her first professional goal. Five minutes into the game, she took advantage of a Pride mistake and scored the team's only goal of the match. The Breakers will return to the field on Sunday, July 17 against Sky Blue FC.
Rebecca Moros – Duke '07Houston Dash – DefenderRebecca Moros is in her first season with the Houston Dash, after being acquired through a late-March trade. With FC Kansas City in 2015, Moros started all regular-season matches and helped the team to 11 shutouts during the season. Her strong defense and veteran leadership helped FC Kansas City capture the NWSL Championship. Moros has started eight games this season, playing 720 minutes thus far. The Houston Dash will play the Portland Thorns FC on Saturday, July 17.
Kim DeCesare – Duke '13Sky Blue FC – ForwardKim DeCesare is in her third season in the NWSL and her second with Sky Blue FC. On July 7, DeCesare was recently placed on the 45-day disabled list due to a right knee contusion. Before her injury, she appeared in six games and made three starts.
OverseasNatasha AnasiIB Vestmannaeyja (Iceland) - DefenderNatasha Anasi is in her third season with IBV. She has made eight appearances for the team this season, having started each time. Anasi has accumulated 661 minutes of playing time. She has notched two goals this season, the most recent coming on June 24 against Urvalsdeild Women in the 42nd minute. The team will take return to the field on Tuesday, July 19 against Thor/KA Akureyri.
Kara WilsonSperanza FC Osaka Takatsuki (Japan) – Defender/MidfielderKara Wilson signed with Speranza FC Osaka Takatsuki on June 13th. She will be playing in the Nadeshiko League Division I, which is the highest level in Japan. Wilson was selected with the 37th overall pick in the 2016 National Women's Soccer League Draft. She is the fourth Blue Devil drafted in the NWSL over the last three years. Speranza FC Osaka Takatsuki will play its next game on Sunday, September 11th against Urawa Red Diamonds Ladies.
