1980 – Men's Soccer – Duke, under second year head coach John Rennie, made its first appearance in the NCAA Men's Soccer Championship. The Blue Devils finished the regular season with a 14-4-3 record including an unbeaten 4-0-2 mark to win the ACC title. It was Duke's first ACC Championship in program history as the Blue Devils tied the mark for conference victories and went undefeated for the first time. In the opening round, Duke beat Appalachian State 2-1.
2013 – Women's Cross Country – Duke graduate senior Juliet Bottorff became the fourth Blue Devil in school history to earn multiple All-America honors in her career by placing 21st at the NCAA National Championship in Terre Haute, Ind. Bottorff ran the 6K course with a finishing time of 20:33.0.

2017 – Women's Soccer – Behind three scores and a dominant defensive showing, the top-seeded Blue Devils (23-2-0) dominated Baylor (15-6-3) at Koskinen Stadium, 4-0, to advance to their second NCAA College Cup in the previous three years and their fourth in school history.

2011 – Women's Soccer – The top-seeded and third-ranked Duke women's soccer team scored a pair of second half goals to earn a 2-0 victory over Long Beach State in the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals to advance to the NCAA College Cup for the second time in program history.

2015 –Women's Soccer – Duke sophomore goalkeeper EJ Proctor stopped a pair of penalty kicks and the Blue Devils made three of their four to advance past top-seeded Stanford in a penalty kick shootout in the NCAA Women's Soccer quarterfinals. With the 3-2 shootout victory, Duke advanced to the NCAA semifinals for the third time in program history.
