DURHAM, N.C. – The No. 8 Duke women's lacrosse team (6-4, 2-4 ACC) is back for its sixth top-10 matchup Saturday, April 3 as it takes on No. 4 Boston College (7-1, 3-1 ACC) in Alumni Stadium. Opening draw is set for noon on ACC Network Extra.

Maddie Jenner helped Duke hold an 18-16 edge at the draw in a battle of the country's top two teams in the category.
LAST TIME OUT
The No. 9 Duke women's lacrosse team dropped a 13-9 decision to No. 5 Notre Dame this past Sunday in Koskinen Stadium.
The Blue Devils were led by freshman
Katie DeSimone with a hat trick with three goals and an assist for four points. Duke also received scoring contributions from

Abby Landry (1),
Katie Cronin (1) and
Catriona Barry (1) while Rosenzweig also contributed two assists.
The Fighting Irish held much of the possession in the first half as they outshot Duke 21-8 and connected on eight goals to hold an 8-3 lead heading into intermission.
In goal for Duke,
Sophia LeRose picked up eight saves while Notre Dame's Bridget Deehan had 12, including eight in the second half.
SCOUTING THE EAGLES

Boston College is 7-1 and 3-1 in conference play and have won four in a row. The Eagles defeated No. 8 Virginia (20-11) and No. 16 Louisville (14-13) in overtime.
After a record-breaking performance, junior attacker Jenn Medjid was named the ACC Offensive Player of the Week. She owns 31 points, while
Charlotte North leads the squad with 31 goals and five assists for 36 points.
The Eagles are averaging 16.88 goals/game and own a 10.22 GAA as goalkeeper Rachel Hall has a .431 save percentage.
Hall was named ACC Defensive Player of the Week on March 23 after making seven saves for a .500 save percentage in the 19-7 victory over Hofstra.
THE DRAW CONTROL QUEEN
Junior
Maddie Jenner continues her dominance at the draw in 2021 and has 96 draw controls through nine games.
Jenner had 15 draw controls in Duke's commanding wins over William & Mary, High Point and No. 9 Virginia, just one off her career high.
To date, Jenner owns 280 career draw controls. She leads the ACC with 9.60/game and is third in the country.
ROSENZWEIG MAKES AN IMMEDIATE IMPACT
Graduate student
Gabby Rosenzweig has proved to be one of the best and most versatile players in the ACC in her time as a Blue Devil.
She owns 17 goals and 17 assists for a team-leading 34 points and has picked up eight ground balls and caused five turnovers on the defensive end.
The Somers, N.Y., native has registered at least one goal in eight of Duke's 10 games this season.
CRONIN CONTINUES HOT STREAK
Senior
Katie Cronin has been on an absolute tear this season with a team-leading 20 goals and eight assists for 28 points.
Cronin has scored at least one goal in nine of Duke's 10 contests and registered a season-high four against William & Mary.
HUMPHREY CLIMBING THE CTO CHARTS
Graduate student
Callie Humphrey has proven to be among the Duke greats and continues to climb the charts on the all-time list.
In Duke's setback to No. 5 Notre Dame, Humphrey caused seven turnovers and now owns 90 in her career, ranking 8th in program history.
Humphrey has appeared in 72 games, starting 65 over her career. The Summit, N.J., native has 126 career ground balls along with her 90 caused turnovers.
She reached the 100 ground ball mark with a five ground ball performance at William & Mary on Feb. 26, 2020. Her 126 ground balls puts her at 16th on the Duke all-time chart.
CORDREY JUMPS ON CAREER CHARTS
Graduate student
Catherine Cordrey is proving to be one of the more well-rounded players in Blue Devil history, ranking in the top-30 on the career charts in both goals and total points.
With 17 goals this season, tied for second on the team, the Summit, N.J., product holds 107 goals to her name. She sits 20th on the all-time lists for Duke.
In addition, she holds 137 career points to her name to rank 24th in Duke history. She became the 30th Blue Devil with 100+ points with three points on one goal and two assists at Navy on Feb. 16, 2020.
She also became the 20th Blue Devil to reach the 100-goal plateau with her four-goal performance against East Carolina on Feb. 28, 2021.
