Setting the Scene...
Duke (15-10, 6-9 ACC) will conclude a two-game road swing at Clemson (9-17, 3-12) on Sunday, Feb. 20 with a 2 p.m., tip in Littlejohn Coliseum.
The game will be carried live on ACC Network Extra with Noah Frary (PXP) and Jim Davis (Color) calling the action. It will also be aired on the Blue Devil Sports Network via WDNC AM 620, the Varsity Network app and www.GoDuke.com with Chris Edwards (PXP) on the air at 1:45 p.m.
What is Next?...
Duke will return home for its final regular season contest in Cameron Indoor Stadium as the Blue Devils host Boston College at 8 p.m., for senior night. The game will be aired on RSN-TV.
A Look at Clemson...
Clemson enters the contest with a 9-17 overall and 3-12 league mark. The Tigers have been led by Delicia Washington (17.0 points, 6.6 rebounds), Amari Robinson (10.7 points, 6.1 rebounds) and Gabby Elliott (9.4 points).
Over the last two games, the Tigers have averaged 85.5 points a game and Washington is the reigning ACC Player of the Week, after scoring 40 points against Georgia Tech.
The Series with Clemson...
Duke and Clemson will meet for the 76th time in school history with the Blue Devils leading the series 42-33. The Blue Devils had their 23- game winning streak snapped in the last meeting with the Tigers in Clemson, S.C. Duke owns a 17-17 record in games played at Clemson and has won 11 out of the last 12.
Duke at Full Strength...
For the first time since returning from Christmas break, Duke was at full strength against Wake Forest on Feb. 6. The Blue Devils totaled an 81-76 victory.
The Blue Devils had gone 11 straight contests with at least one student-athlete or coach in each game out due to either injury, suspension or health and safety protocols.

Kara Lawson missed the UNC, Louisville and Georgia Tech contests due to health and safety protocols. She returned at Pitt to help snap a three-game losing streak.
With Duke's core team together, the Blue Devils have totaled an 11-4 record this season with the lone losses coming to top-ranked South Carolina, versus Florida State, NC State (Feb. 13) and Virginia (Feb. 17).
Taylor Returns to the Court...
After missing seven games with an injury,
Celeste Taylor returned to the court and sparked the Blue Devils to a win at Pitt, snapping a three-game losing streak. In the seven games Taylor was out, the Blue Devils saw their offense struggle - hitting 41.5 percent from the field, 30.7 percent from downtown while averaging only 61.4 points. The Duke defense allowed 66.6 points in those games as well. In the first 13 games with Taylor, Duke hit 44.6 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from downtown and averaged 74.7 points. The Blue Devil defense was allowing only 59.4 points with Taylor as well.

Lexi Gordon needs 64 points to reach 1,000 for her career.
• Duke has made 177 three-pointers and needs 10 more to move into a tie for 10th on the Blue Devil single-season charts. The 551 three-pointers attempted already ranks fourth.

Shayeann Day-Wilson has moved into sixth on Duke's freshman three-pointers made (40) and fourth on the attempted lists (111). With her three games with 20+ points on the season, she ranks tied for 10th on Duke's freshman charts.

Miela Goodchild needs six 3-pointers to move into a tie for eighth on Duke's all-time treys list with 170, which would tie

Storylines/Other Blue Devil Notes...
• Duke will be looking to avoid only its third four-game losing streak against ACC regular season opponents since the 1992-93 campaign. The Blue Devils also lost four straight in the 2018-19 season.
• Duke has lost three straight ACC contests, marking only the seventh time since 1997-98 Duke has dropped three consecutive league games. The Blue Devils last lost three straight ACC games earlier this season, dropping all three games by double-digit points (it was the first time since the 1992-93 season).
• Over the last four games, the Blue Devils have averaged 19.3 points a game in the fourth quarter. The only problem is that Duke has allowed 20.1 points in the fourth as well.

Shayeann Day-Wilson has struggled shooting over the last three games hitting only 8-of-37 field goals and 1-of-12 from downtown. She has averaged 8.3 points, 4.0 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals.
• Duke registered 21 first quarter points against NC State, which was the most by the Blue Devils in the first quarter in ACC play this season.

Celeste Taylor leads the Blue Devils with nine charges taken. She had a season-best three against Florida State on Feb. 10.

Jade Williams has hit 37-of-60 field goals for a 61.7 percentage since returning from Christmas break.

Miela Goodchild hit only 6-of-21 treys over the first nine games of the season, but has drained 32 the last 15 contests. She has been held scoreless in back-to-back games and attempted only three treys in 30 minutes.
• Since
Elizabeth Balogun scored 22 and 27 points against Virginia Tech and Notre Dame, respectively, she has averaged only 5.8 points, hit 32.6 percent from the field and 19.2 percent from downtown. She was held scoreless for the first time this season at Virginia on Thursday.
• Duke snapped an eight-game streak without scoring 70+ points as the Blue Devils scored 81. The 81 points was also a season high against an ACC opponent.

Onome Akinbode-James had pulled down five or more rebounds in each of the last 10 games prior to grabbing four rebounds on Feb. 10 against Florida State.

Duke will face former student-athlete and assistant coach
Joy Cheek Smith when the Blue Devils travel to Clemson this weekend.
Cheek is an assistant coach for Clemson, where she has served since 2018.
With the Blue Devils, she was an assistant coach for the 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons and lettered at Duke from 2007-10. Cheek was a 2010 Third Team All-ACC selection, appearing in 137 games and started 76 starts. She scored 1,148 points, grabbed 679 rebounds and blocked 47 shots.
Blue Devils Versus Clemson...
Onome Akinbode-James has notched double-digit rebounds eight times in her career. She totaled 14 boards against Clemson as a rookie in Cameron.
Elizabeth Balogun has faced the Tigers four times in her career and has notched double-digit scoring in all four meetings. She has averaged 12.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.6 blocks and 1.6 assists.
Miela Goodchild has played Clemson twice and she has averaged 14.5 points and hit six treys.
From Downtown...
Duke is currently averaging 7.1 made three-pointers on the season, which currently ranks fourth in the ACC.
If the season ended today, the 7.1 average would rank first in the Duke record book. The previous highest average of 3-pointers made per game in a full season was 6.3 in 2017-18.
