2009-10: Ran a personal-best for 8K at the Great American XC Festival on Oct. 2, clocking 25:26 ... also competed at the Panorama Farms Invitational and the IC4A Championships ... Indoors, turned in a 15:17.18 performance for 5,000m at the Virginia Tech Classic to place fourth ... Outdoors, also ran the 5,000m, taking 10th place in 15:04.14 at the Duke Twilight on May 9.
2008-09: In the fall, placed 14th at the Hagan Stone Classic on Oct. 6 ... did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons.
2007-08: Made his cross country debut at the Lou Onesty Invitational, finishing 28th in 26:17.90 over 8K ... turned in his best performance of the season at the ACC Championships, running 26:04.4 for 59th place ... indoors, ran the 5,000m on three occasions ... best performance came at the ACC Championship, where he ran 15:37.35 to place 20th ... did not compete in the outdoor season.
Prior to Duke: Four-year letterwinner at Tamaqua ... led team to four league championships and three district championships ... 2005 2A state cross country champion ... 2006 2A state cross country runner-up ... seven-time state competitor in cross country and track & field ... three-time individual district champion ... National Honor Society and German National Honor Society member ... also served as class president all four years.
