We strive to provide an accessible and welcoming environment at Jack Coombs Field. Accessibility services and accommodations available on game days are outlined below.

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase to guests age 21 and older at all concessions locations throughout Jack Coombs Field. Alcohol sales conclude at the end of the sixth inning.
Event staff reserve the right to limit or refuse alcohol sales to any guest at any time. Guests who violate alcohol policies may be subject to ejection and further action by Duke University Police.
Guests age 21 and older who plan to provide safe, sober transportation for their group are encouraged to sign the Designated Driver Pledge at the Marketing Table through the end of the third inning. Participants will receive a complimentary concessions voucher, while supplies last.
Jack Coombs Field follows Duke University and ADA guidelines regarding animals.
An ATM is located next to the Johnson Family Team Store at the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center. The ATM dispenses cash only.
Purses, small bags, backpacks and strollers are permitted. Duffel bags and large bags exceeding 14” x 14” x 8” are not permitted.
All bags are subject to search. There is no bag storage available.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. Cameras with lenses longer than four inches are not permitted. Video recording of live game action is prohibited.
The safety of all guests is a top priority at Duke Athletics events. In the event of an emergency, guests should follow all instructions provided by Duke Athletics staff, the public address (PA) announcer, and emergency responders.
In case of a medical emergency, contact the nearest Duke Athletics staff member or the game day manager. Guests may also contact Duke Police at (919) 684-2444 or dial 911.
Emergency vehicles may be present in and around Jack Coombs Field at any time. Please do not obstruct emergency access routes, exits, or fire lanes. Vehicles obstructing emergency access are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
Baseballs and bats may enter seating and surrounding areas at any time. Protective netting is installed behind home plate. Guests should remain alert at all times.
When temperatures exceed 85 degrees, a heat management station with water, ice and misting fans will be available near the third-base dugout.
Evacuation will occur if severe weather is projected within an eight-mile radius. Guests should seek shelter in hard-topped vehicles and follow all staff instructions.

Artificial noisemaking devices are prohibited and subject to confiscation.
Game programs are digital and available via QR code at the Marketing Table or on GoDuke.com.
Scouts must present a valid scout card for entry. Access is permitted beginning 60 minutes prior to first pitch.
All games at Jack Coombs Field are ticketed events. The Whitford Ticket Booth opens 60 minutes prior to first pitch.
Duke University is a tobacco-free campus. All tobacco products and e-cigarettes are prohibited.
Umbrellas are permitted but should not obstruct sightlines.
