Duke softball earned its sixth straight berth to the NCAA Softball Championship and was selected as the No. 12 overall seed. The Blue Devils host regionals for the fifth time in program history, welcoming Arizona, Howard and Marshall to Smith Family Stadium beginning Friday, May 15.

Right field gate along Brodie Gym Drive, providing access to the stadium concourse.
Located at the top of the grandstand along the first and third-base lines. Space is available for assistive devices. Seating exchanges may be accommodated at the ticket tents near the right field gate or behind home plate.
Available on the concourse behind the press box, adjacent to the stadium and on ground level behind home plate.
Wheelchairs and assistive devices are permitted but must not obstruct aisles or exits.
Outside alcohol is prohibited. Guests in violation are subject to ejection.
Service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines and must remain under control at all times. Service animals in training are also permitted under North Carolina law. Personal pets, emotional support animals and therapy animals are not allowed.
There are no ATMs on site. Guests should plan accordingly.
Purses, small bags and backpacks are permitted. Bags larger than 14” x 14” x 8” are not allowed. Reasonable exceptions may be made for medical or childcare needs.
Wheelchairs, assistive devices and strollers are permitted but must not obstruct aisles, walkways or emergency exits. Umbrellas are also permitted but should be used with consideration for other guests and must not obstruct sightlines.
All items are subject to inspection, and there is no storage available for prohibited items. Unattended items may be removed.
Banners and signs are permitted as long as they do not obstruct views, interfere with signage or contain inappropriate content. Duke University reserves the right to remove of any banner or sign that obstructs the view of other guests, obscures stadium signage, may be considered an advertisement, or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate or derogatory.
Hand-held cameras are permitted for personal use. Lenses longer than four inches are not allowed. Video recording of game action is prohibited.
Follow all instructions from PA announcements and Event Staff. Guests should identify exits upon arrival and designate a meeting location. Report suspicious activity immediately. For emergencies, call Duke Police at (919) 684-2444 or dial 911.
Emergency vehicles may be present around the stadium. Do not block fire lanes, stadium exits or emergency access routes. Vehicles obstructing these areas are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
Guests should monitor weather conditions prior to arrival and take precautions for severe heat or severe weather before, during and after the game.
Gates open 60 minutes prior to first pitch. The right field gate serves as the primary accessible entrance, with additional stairwell acess behind home plate and along the third-base line. Re-entry is permitted with a valid ticket or credential.
Outside food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, are not permitted. Exceptions may be made for medical or dietary needs. Guests are encouraged to dispose of trash and recycling in designated receptacles.
Concession stands are located on the third-base side of the stadium concourse. All concession purchases are cashless.
Duke Athletics expects all guests to conduct themselves appropriately before, during and after the game. Guests should treat fellow fans, student-athletes, coaches, officials and staff with courtesy and respect.

Guests who observe inappropriate behavior should contact the nearest Event Staff member. Violators are subject to removal and possible arrest.

Evacuation will occur if severe weather is projected within an eight-mile radius. Announcements will be made via the public address system.
The safest location during severe weather is inside a hard-topped vehicle with windows closed. Guests without access to a vehicle should follow instructions from Event Staff. The stadium will remain closed until the weather threat has cleared the eight-mile radius. Play resumes only after conditions are deemed safe by game officials and Duke Game Operations.
Report lost items to Event Staff. Unclaimed items may be retrieved by contacting Duke Athletic Facilities & Game Operations at (919) 668-5658 or duaa-gameops@duke.edu. Items are held for 30 days.
Access to the press box is restricted to approved personnel. Media members, photographers and videographers should contact Duke Athletics Communications at least two days prior to request credentials or reserve workspace.
Official NCAA Championship merchandise is available on the third-base concourse when gates open.

Parking is available in designated university lots only. Do not at surrounding businesses or neighborhooods. Vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
Free parking is available at the 705 Broad Street lot, Mill Lot (735 9th Street) and R1 Lot (2180 Hillsborough Road). Lots are approximately an eight-minute walk to the stadium.
Accessible parking and drop-off are available in the Bivins Lot on Brodie Gym Drive next to the Bivins Building. ADA placards or license plates are required. Only one vehicle per placard.
Tailgating is permitted in designated grass areas around the stadium and in the R1 Lot. Vehicles may not park on grass. Tailgating is not permitted in the Bivins Lot or the 705 Broad Street Lot. Guests must clean up and properly dispose of all track and recycling upon departure.

Duke University reserves the right to deny any person or item entry into the stadium. All guests and personal items are subject to search. There is no storage area for prohibited items.
Restrooms are located on the stadium concourse behind the press box. Additional men’s and women’s restrooms are available adjacent to the stadium on the Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium concourse.
A gender-neutral accessible family restroom is located on the stadium concourse behind the press box. An additional gender-neutral accessible family restroom is available on the ground level behind the grandstand behind home plate.
Restrooms are accessible for guests with disabilities. Guests requiring assistance should contact the nearest Duke Athletics staff member.
Guests assume all risks associated with watching a live sporting event, including the possibility of being struck by bats, balls or other objects entering the seating or standing areas.
Protective netting is installed behind home plate and extends down the first- and third-base lines. Guests seated in areas without protective netting should remain alert at all times.
Duke University and Duke Athletics are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from objects leaving the field of play. Guests are encouraged to use caution and remain attentive throughout the event.
Seating includes grandstand areas behind home plate and lawn seating along the first-base line and outfield. For the NCAA Regional, select sections along the first- and third-base sides are reserved for team pass lists. Accessible seating is located at the top of the grandstand.
Duke Athletics reserves the right to relocate guests as necessary for safety, operational or weather-related reasons.
All NCAA Regional games are ticketed. Tickets may bep purchased in advance at GoDuke.com/Tickets, and mobile tickets are accepted. All tickets are scanned upon entry.
